Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4/20/2026
DGC GROUP LLC. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services. By accessing or using AdCreativeLabs, you consent to the practices described herein.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Data: Name, email address, password, company name, job title
- Payment Data: Billing address, payment card information (processed by our payment provider), subscription history
- Usage Data: Feature usage, pages visited, session duration, search queries, and interactions with the Service
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and log data
- User-Generated Content: Data, creatives, and materials you upload or store in the Service
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and send related communications
- Improve our products, features, and user experience
- Send administrative notices, updates, and security alerts
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
- Analyze usage patterns and conduct research (in aggregated or anonymized form)
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other vendors who assist in operating the Service (under contractual obligations to protect your data)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
- With Your Consent: When you authorize us to share information with third parties
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Meta Platform Data
If you connect your Meta (Facebook) account to the Service, we act as a data processor for the data you authorize us to access via the Meta Graph API. We request only the permissions needed to deliver the Service:
- ads_read — used to read ad performance data (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, ROAS) for the ad accounts you grant access to, so we can display performance dashboards and analytics inside the Service.
- pages_show_list — used to list the Facebook Pages you manage and verify ownership, so you can associate ads and creatives with the correct Page.
When you connect Meta, we store:
- A long-lived Meta access token, used on your behalf to call the Graph API. It is stored encrypted at rest and is never shared with third parties.
- Your app-scoped Facebook user ID (ASID), stored so we can route Meta deauthorization and data-deletion webhooks back to your account.
- Ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, and Page metadata synced from the Graph API, cached for performance. This data is refreshed as you use the Service.
Revocation and deletion. You can disconnect Meta at any time:
- From inside the Service, on the Settings page via the Connect with Meta control.
- From Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove AdCreativeLabs. This triggers our deauthorization webhook and we delete the stored access token for your account.
- To request full deletion of Meta-derived data, use the Request data deletion option in your Facebook app settings. Our data deletion callback will delete all Meta-derived records tied to your Facebook user ID and return a confirmation code you can track at
/data-deletion-status.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Meta data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising targeting outside of the Service.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for transfers outside the European Economic Area. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
